Farhad's educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Erbil Polytechnic University, which he earned in 2012. Building on this foundation, he continued to enhance his qualifications, culminating in the completion of his Master's in Executive Management in Business and Administration (EMBA) from the University of Kurdistan Hewler (UKH) in 2023.

Maaroof Rasool, in the role of HSSE Manager, plays a vital role within the organization. As HSSE Manager, Maaroof is tasked with the development and implementation of organizational safety programs. This encompasses the revision of institutional HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) policies, conducting comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards, and devising effective precautionary measures to mitigate these risks.One of Maaroof's primary duties involves crafting safety management policies within the HSSE framework.

A former Lieutenant in the German Army Paratroopers and a graduate of the Ronin South Africa CPO academy, has carved a diverse path in the realm of security and medical expertise. To excel in his role as a comprehensive Personal Security Detail (PSD) specialist, he underwent training as a combat medic and later pursued a career as a German paramedic. His professional journey has led him to various Emergency Medical Service systems across Bosnia, South Africa, Uganda, and Germany.
